On March 2nd I took part of my team to Clermont Kentucky. The goal was to experience and learn the process of barrel-to-bottle of single barrel bourbon. We enjoyed a night stay in the Knob Creek house and the opportunity to try many different bourbons offered within the Jim Beam label. We all quickly agreed that a single barrel Knob Creek was the way to go. The next morning we were brought to the racking house where 20,000 barrels were aging. After trying three different barrels it was a unanimous decision... the “blue” barrel was ours for the taking. There's only one way to find out what the hype was about. We hope to see you soon.
